Stary Maneż is a modern, multi-functional building and one of the most important features of the regenerated area of Garnizon Kultury, which is a new, vibrant cultural centre of Wrzeszcz. It is not only a unique music, cultural and restaurant space, but also an alternative to traditional conference rooms and banquet halls. It is perfect for various types of events with different numbers of guests, from small parties, to family celebrations, to official business galas.
The atmosphere is conducive to meetings thanks to a craft brewery located in the building. The brewery successfully recreates brewing traditions from Gdańsk. There are also original food establishments, which create a unique culinary microcosm.
The story of the building on ul. Słowackiego dates back to the turn of the 20th century, when it was used as a manège for Prussian cavalry, known as Black Hussars. In today’s modern version, Stary Maneż has 1,700 square metres of stylish usable area. The main room with mezzanines can accommodate up to 1,500 people at concerts and stage performances. Performers have state-of-the-art light and sound systems at their disposal. The building is also the perfect venue for galas, conferences, trade fairs, revues and other events.
