Kampus offers a unique space to live in Esprit Haus, a renovated building in Garnizon, which has modern and compact studios for dynamic people looking for an inexpensive place to live in the prestigious city centre.

Every studio has its own bathroom with a shower, a kitchenette with a fridge, a hood and an induction hob, and an interestingly designed relaxation area with a modern twist. The comfortable and independent bedroom part is located on a high or low mezzanine separated from the living room.
