Four buildings at Aleja Grunwaldzka 184-190 and Szymanowskiego 4 in Wrzeszcz offer atmospheric office areas in renovated historical interiors.

The elegant nineteenth-century architecture of the buildings from the time when they used to serve as a garrison for Prussian cavalry hides renovated interiors, combining a historical style with modern technical infrastructure.

The four buildings in the northern part of Garnizon are very functional and have different areas and layouts, with about 8,000 square metres in total. Their common characteristics are a unique atmosphere and a cosy vibe. Lessees can use 112 parking spaces in the courtyard. The renovation of the buildings on ul. Grunwaldzka and ul. Szymanowskiego was carried out precisely and carefully and in 2009 it won the Construction of the Year competition in the Renovation of Historical Buildings category.
